OVERVIEW

The purpose of this capstone project is to create a fully functional, user-friendly website for BTN Bridal Services from scratch. This website will serve as a digital storefront and a central hub for clients to access information, book services, and engage with the brand.

For Emily who is short on time, the user flow minimizes unnecessary steps to navigate the homepage to booking a consultation

The low-fi wireframes helped focus on basic layouts and essential functionality without the distraction of visual details

By prioritizing user flow and structure at this stage, lo-fi wireframes lay a solid foundation for the design, ensuring that the final product is intuitive and aligned with user needs.

implementing a clear visual hierarchy with larger headings for service categories helps users quickly identify options, while refined button designs improve clarity for actions like booking consultations. Additionally, incorporating placeholder images allows for a better sense of layout and visual flow. This stage emphasizes usability and interactivity

Based on the findings from usability testing, i made targeted improvements to resolve the identified issues, such as streamlining navigation, simplifying the interface and clarifying wording to ensure a smoother user journey
